The MeetingTool for cnX5 will go live about three weeks in advance. You will be notified of this with an introduction email and after that receive the link to your personal account.
DE-CIX is proud to present attendees of cnX5 with the sophisticated MeetingTool. Customized to your needs, it will help you make the most of your networking time.
The MeetingTool will let you schedule bilateral meetings with other active attendees during the specially allotted networking slots throughout the event. Dedicated meeting tables have been set aside for this at the venue.
The MeetingTool enables you to keep track of your business goals and start planning your stay well in advance. You can manage a personal profile and, besides getting access to an enhanced attendee list, also be able to view other participant's availability to facilitate setting up a meeting.
Every attendee will receive a welcome email after his registration and can then choose to activate his account. If you have already registered, and have not yet received the welcome email, feel free to contact us at info@meetingtool.net.
